Gair McSkimming

Gair has been involved in cricket as a player, coach, mentor, advocate or club manager for the majority of his life.



He joined Hibiscus Coast Cricket as a player around 2011 and came on board as Club Manager in 2018.

Gair has a passion for all things cricket, from coaching and mentoring to cricket sustainability and most importantly connecting community and sport.

Ramesh Lakmal

Ramesh first came to Hibiscus Coast Cricket Club in the 2016/17 season as a player and coach.  He enjoyed it so much that he returned in 2017/18 and 2018/19 and then decided to make New Zealand and Hibiscus Coast Cricket Club his home.

Ramesh is a NZ Cricket Level 2 coach and as well as coaching HCCC teams and mentoring coaches he has coached U17 and U19 District boys and girls teams and he offers private coaching.

Ramesh has previously coached both junior and senior players in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Australia and Denmark.

In 2024 Ramesh started offering cricket tours to his native Sri Lanka.
